About Apollo
Built From the Inside Out
Apollo wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built by a team of front line 911 professionals and trainers.
The Origin
From Pain Points to Platform
As the training coordinator for my own agency, I originally built Apollo entirely around the pain points I was dealing with day to day: chasing down DORs, combing through PDFs and spreadsheets, and sending constant follow-up emails just to keep training documentation current.
My goal was to streamline the entire process into one intuitive system that trainers would actually use and that coordinators could trust as a single source of truth.
The Vision
First to Bring AI to Public Safety Training
From there, the platform grew well beyond administrative record-keeping. I leaned heavily into analytics and insight, and Apollo became — to my knowledge — the first training platform to meaningfully integrate AI into public safety communications training.
Not as a buzzword, but as a way to surface patterns, highlight areas of concern early, and give coordinators actionable insight into trainee progression, trainer compliance, skill development, and program health overall.
Every agency runs differently. That's why Apollo is modular and adaptive — it's the only training platform that feels like it was made just for your agency, because in a real sense, it is.
