1. Information We Collect

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Agency name
• Agency size
• Your role
• Preferred contact time
• Message content

We use these details to respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, and communicate about our services. We also collect your IP address and submission time. We use IP addresses to limit abusive requests and save them with submissions in server records. Submission details are emailed to our team, used to send you a confirmation, and may be copied to our customer relationship management (CRM) system when that integration is enabled. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential training records in your message.

Analytics Data

If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. It may process:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referring website or traffic source
• General geographic location (city/region level, not precise location)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign name, term, and content) when present in the URL

With analytics consent, a successful contact submission sends an event containing your selected agency size and role, and campaign parameters present on the submission page. Analytics also uses browser and session identifiers. Our custom analytics event does not include your name, email address, phone number, agency name, or message. Page URLs and referring URLs may also be processed by analytics services; avoid putting personal information in URLs or campaign parameters.

Advertising Data

If you allow advertising cookies, we load Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram). These services receive website activity, including page views and successful inquiry conversions, and may process page URLs, referrers, IP addresses, browser/device information, cookie identifiers, and advertising click identifiers. We use them to measure advertising performance. The services may associate activity with other information they hold to support ad personalization and audience measurement.

Connection Data

Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, and browser information to deliver and secure the website. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and request information when your browser retrieves the fonts. These requests occur independently of optional analytics and advertising choices.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and browser storage can contain identifiers that qualify as personal data. Optional analytics and advertising scripts stay off until you allow their respective categories. You can reject both categories, select them separately, or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Contact forms work without optional tracking.

• Essential preferences: we store your category choices and their expiry in your browser under apollo-privacy-v1 for 180 days. After expiry, we ask again. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice may apply only to the current page.
• Analytics: Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google's default expiry is two years and can be refreshed on visits or changed in service settings.
• Advertising: Google Ads and Meta may use cookies such as _gcl_*, _fbp, and _fbc for attribution and browser identification. Lifetimes vary by cookie and service settings; common attribution cookies last about 90 days. Providers may also use cookies on their own domains.

Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop the affected scripts and attempts to remove their accessible first-party cookies. It does not erase data already received by providers or cookies on their domains. You can also clear cookies and site storage in your browser. Choices apply to this browser; use Cookie settings on other browsers or devices as needed.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Contact form data is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, and communicate about our services.
• Connection and submission metadata help us operate the site, prevent abuse, and maintain inquiry records.
• Advertising data helps measure campaigns and supports advertising features when you consent.
• Analytics data is used to understand website traffic patterns, improve our website, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

3. Third-Party Services

We use service providers to deliver the site and handle inquiries. With your optional tracking choices, information also goes to analytics and advertising providers, which may process it under their own policies:

• Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Fonts (Google LLC) — analytics, advertising measurement and personalization, and font delivery, as described above. Google's Privacy Policy
• Meta — Meta Pixel advertising measurement and personalization. Meta's Privacy Policy
• Hosting, email delivery, and CRM providers — infrastructure, delivery and storage of inquiry emails, and management of contact details and inquiry notes. CRM transfers occur when our integration is enabled.

4. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions may be held in server records, email accounts, and our CRM for inquiry follow-up and related business recordkeeping. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for the website's submission records. Contact us to request deletion; legal or recordkeeping obligations may require us to retain some information.
• Advertising and provider records are subject to the applicable provider settings and policies. Deleting browser cookies does not delete those records.
• Analytics data is subject to the retention settings in our Google Analytics property. Event-level and user-level retention differs from retention of aggregated reports, which may remain available longer. Cookie expiry does not mean all associated analytics records are deleted.

5. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information
• Withdraw analytics or advertising consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy of your information, or complain to a data protection authority. Where consent is required for optional tracking, we rely on your choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing.
